2.1 All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
2.2 Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

Items are damaged upon arrival.
Items are not delivered due to an issue on our end.
2.3 If you receive a damaged or missing item, you must contact us at serenaknights.author@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage or non-delivery.
2.4 Digital products and services (e.g., book listings, virtual services) are non-refundable once completed or delivered.

Deposits & Service Agreements

3.1 Deposits for services rendered (e.g., book listings, collaborations, consultations) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 If a service has been fully rendered, no refunds will be issued.
3.3 Clients must ensure they fully understand the service details before committing to a purchase.

Author & Book Listings

4.1 Authors may submit their books to be listed on our website.
4.2 Authors who no longer wish to have their books listed must cancel their subscription through their account settings.
4.3 Failure to cancel a listing will not warrant a refund. Authors are responsible for managing their own subscriptions.

Payment & Pricing

5.1 All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time without notice.
5.2 Payments must be made through our secure checkout process via approved payment methods (e.g., credit card, etc.).
5.3 Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension or legal action if fraud is suspected.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

6.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Kingdom of Chaos and Serena Knights unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
